Join us for an intro talk
This is the opportunity for you to learn in person additional details about our practice and their benefits. It also gives you the opportunity to ask questions about this meditation practice.
attend a 4day course
During the 4 day course, you will be introduced to your mantra and to the proper way of using it in your daily meditations. Also, additional knowledge about the science and deeper dive into the benefits will be presented. We will have the opportunity to meditate as well as a group. This sessions last between 60-90 minutes each day.
Follow-ups and advance knowledge courses
We offer free biweekly meditation sessions and knowledge meetings to allow you keeping yourself updated with your practice. In addition, more advance courses about the philosophy behind our practice are also available.
